We want you to love your new SCOOBIE purchases as much as we do! If this is not the case - we have created an easy return policy so that you can pick out another item of your liking at your convenience. All regular priced merchandise purchased via our shoppable Instagram feed or our online store is valid for store credit (in the form of an e-gift card) that can be used at your convenience at our online store via our shoppable Instagram feed (no expiration date) or our downtown Kansas City location (located inside of The Garment District). You have 7 days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return (details below), and 48 hours to ship the item back once you receive the prepaid return label. Please note $5 will be deducted from your store credit to ship back the returned item(s).Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
Merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Merchandise must have all tags, including any SCOOBIE hangtags, attached.
Any sale merchandise sold on sale cannot be returned or refunded.
Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Instagram/Online purchases may only be returned online, not in our brick and mortar store.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How it works:1. Please email us at: email@example.com to let us know why you are returning and a return label will be sent to you via email. $5 will be deducted from your merchandise credit that will be emailed to you to use on a future Instagram purchase or to be used at our KC Garment location located at 1350 Main Street in Downtown Kansas City.
2. Ship the item(s) back to the address below using the return label within 48 hours of receiving the label.
3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and will include the e-gift card for the dollar amount of the item(s) you are returning (minus the $5 return shipping fee).SCOOBIE reserves the right to determine the eligibility for returns.

SCOOBIE is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
While we do our absolute best to ensure that the product amounts displayed on our online site are completely accurate, merchandise availability on our website is not guaranteed. If merchandise is not available by the time your order processes we will notify you via email. If your item is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email once your items have shipped.
