Thank you for shopping local this holiday season! Our holiday return policy is active now! 
You have 7 days for a full refund in the form of original payment (must be unworn, with tags, in original condition).
**For online returns please see below for instructions. 
Returns will be accepted through January 6th, 2024 for exchange or store credit. Items must be unworn, with tags and in original condition. 
All Sale items and accessories are final sale.

Normal Return Policy:

 We want you to love your new item(s) as much as we do! We offer returns within 7 days of receiving your online order or 7 days from purchase in-store. You can return your product for store credit, or a refund to the original payment method. We offer store credits or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your online order or 14 days from purchase in-store. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on, be unworn, unwashed and in the original condition it was sent in.
  • All accessories are final sale with exception of full priced shoes.

 Return Policy:

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Email with your order number alerting us that an item is being sent back. You must notify us within 7-14 (7 for full refund/14 for store credit) days of receiving and the item must be shipped back within 7 days after the email is sent.
  2. You (the customer) are responsible for the cost of shipping and sending the item(s) back.
  3. Once the item(s) are received back, we will issue a refund (not including any original shipping charges) in the form of the original payment method.
  4. Any items kept longer than 7 days after receiving will not be eligible for a return (even if the items are sent back).
  5. Any items that take longer than 7 days to be returned will not be refunded.

SCOOBIE reserves the right to determine the eligibility for returns.
SCOOBIE reserves the right to update this policy at any time without notice. SCOOBIE is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. 

Merchandise Availability:

While we do our absolute best to ensure that the product amounts displayed on our online site are completely accurate, merchandise availability on our website is not guaranteed. If merchandise is not available by the time your order processes we will notify you via email. If your item is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email once your items have shipped.
