Do you hold items?

Unfortunately we are no longer able to hold items in store or through Instagram Message, etc. . Due to limited quantity ordering options we may at times only receive 1 of a particular size of an item and want to be fair to all of our clients who would have interest in purchasing it! Thank you so much for your understanding going forward! Because we offer full refunds within 7 days, we suggest ordering the item online to secure your purchase, selecting 'in-store pickup' as your shipping option (it is free)-that way you can try on when you get to the shop and return right away if it does not work out. 
 
If I am local, is there a way for me to order online and pick up in-store to avoid shipping costs?
Yes! Select in-store pick up from the drop down menu. Orders can be picked up during our normal business hours Tuesday-Saturday 10am-6pm. Same day pick up is available if the order is placed before 12pm. You will be notified when your order is fulfilled and ready via email. 
 
Can I add an item I have seen on social media to my order to ship or pick it up in store?
Yes! If something is not displayed online, but you have seen it on our social media pages, you can call the store (913-602-8268) and we can add it to your order/purchase. 
 
I selected in-store pick up but it is still charging me for shipping at checkout-what do I do?
Please add the code: PVPICKUP to your order and the shipping will be removed. The code has to be entered for the shipping to be removed. 
 
How many days do I have to return product? 
You have 7 days to return product to the store for a full refund (online orders must be shipped out/back to store within 7 days of receiving the item). The item(s) must be unworn. with tags on in its original condition. All sale items are final-sorry no exceptions :) For those returns being shipped back to the store, please email info@shopscoobie.com to let us know your return is on its way. You are responsible for all shipping charges back to the store. SCOOBIE is not responsible for stolen, lost or damaged packages. 
 
If I see something online, can I come and purchase in-store?
Not all of our online inventory will be out on the floor at our Prairie Village shop (some of our online merchandise will be exclusive to online)! Since we have a limited amount of each item, we suggest you purchasing online and then trying on in-store. We offer full refunds back to the form of payment, so the order can easily be returned if you don't end up loving it in person. 
 
Where are you located in the Prairie Village Shops?
We are located on the clock tower/courtyard portion of The Prairie Village Shopping Center in between Golden & Pine and Caffetteria.
